Expedite items in the catalog that are under consideration, on order, or being processed for the collection.
Check for electronic access first. Search for the journal name, and see if the library has access to the year needed.

Request an article scan when the library only has print/microform. Look for the "Request Scan of Article" button in the journal catalog record.
