Directions

The Archives and Research Center is located at 250 E McCarty Lane in San Marcos, Texas.

Driving Directions: From I-35, take the McCarty Lane exit and travel west on E. McCarty Lane. The ARC is the first building on the left after the railroad crossing.

Hours: The ARC is open by appointment only. Reservations can be made here.

Parking

Visitors, community members, and university patrons are encouraged to park in front of the building near the main entrance. Please utilize the intercom to the left of the door to gain entry.

Visitors are welcome to come to the Archives and Research Center (ARC) to make use of the Reading Room technology, or to checkout/in library materials.
